I felt compelled to write a review for The Hardwood Flooring Studio in Sudbury. I have just had two rooms laid with oak flooring and I am so pleased with the result. Rob initially came out to measure up in order to provide a quote, which was acceptable to us. The lead time to have the job done was approximately four weeks. On the day, Rob arrived promptly and got on with the job. Everything about Rob and the work he carried out was totally professional. He left the place totally clean. I would not hesitate to use Rob again and would thoroughly recommend him to others.

If you want quality parquet flooring, great workmanship and good advice then this is the place to come. We could not be anymore pleased. Our lounge and kitchen look absolutely fantastic. Rob worked so hard, long hours and to such a high standard. He and Sam were very understanding when we had to change our date due to building delays. We highly recommend this business. Rob and Luke have done an excellent job restoring the original pine floorboards in the entrance hall of our Edwardian House - sanding back then an oil finish to enhance the natural colour. It looks much more authentic restoring the original materials than using a new flooring product - also a cheaper solution. Very prompt, friendly and efficient service.

We love our new wood floor, makes the room look so much bigger, and it's great quality. Rob came and fitted in 3 rooms under 2 days. As a mum I had jobs to do so left him with a key and got on with the bits I needed too! We received great customer service and was able to trust Rob to get on and complete it efficiently. Me and my husband would definitely recommend his studios!

Fabulous floor! Quick from quote to booking to laying. A whole new look for our kitchen and hall. Rob took skirtings off, doors off, cutting round all the fiddly bits and laying and then dyeing the trims as well as the actual floor then put it all back together in three days. Delighted with finish and service.

Called and left a message two weeks ago for a quote and no one came back to me. They were recommended to me by the company who fitted all our carpets. I chased after a few days as I thought it was strange no one had called! - all they said someone would call me on Saturday. No one called me so I called again on the Tuesday and I was told I would get a call next week. Not sorry or any explanation other than they were busy and it would be next week.
