We were established in 1985 and have a wealth of experience of different types of residential construction including timber frame, sectional, period, thatch, stone built and traditional. John Brailsford was engaged in his early career working for firms of chartered surveyors, estate agents and auctioneers, Henry Spencer & Sons of Retford, Frank Innes of Derby and as a partner with William H Brown of Nottingham.
We specialise in undertaking survey reports on behalf of prospective purchasers and advice on building defects in period property. We undertake surveys on all types of construction from these periods and are able to advise on the structural detail, causes of general disrepair and appropriate methods of repair and restoration.
