I have shopped here in the past and I have always found the staff friendly and helpful, and the products of good quality. I visited the shop today and was absolutely shocked by the service, attitude of the employees and the quality of the furniture. All I can say is that the service has gone down the drain. I saw products on their display floor that were broken, poor quality and just shocking. When asking about a product I'd previously purchased from the store I was presented with, oh no, we don't supply that anymore and basically we are not going to help you in any way. We've always shopped here for the last 10 years and never had a problem. However, we bought and paid in cash for furniture amounting to nearly £2500 at the start of May 2021 which we've been waiting on delivery of ever since. All of the items bar one had been delivered to their warehouse and had sat waiting with my name on (bought and paid for i reiterate) for a few months waiting for the final piece to arrive so we could arrange delivery. Lovely furniture, great quality. Really impressed with the customer care team though, particularly aftersales. Several months later I chipped a chair (totally my fault) and Carly took the time to find and hand deliver a matching tester pot so I could repair. Absolutely amazing service, thank you so much.
