Services
All practising members are obliged to keep themselves informed of current practises and developments appropriate to the type and level of responsibilities, and to comply with the Institute's guidelines on continuing professional development (CPD). All members who provide services direct to a client must obtain and maintain adequate professional indemnity insurance.
Rex took the time to work closely with us, and revised his first plans following our input whilst carefully explaining what was possible and what is not within the constraints of Building Control and our budget. Rex understands the local area very well and has therefore given invaluable advice on design considerations that we couldn't have known or anticipated otherwise.

Rex has just finished overseeing the construction of a sizeable kitchen extension, complete with ceiling lantern windows and bi fold doors. Both my wife and I were very pleased with the result and impressed with the professionalism shown by Rex throughout the process. There are many architects who will draw plans and submit for Planning Permission, but there are considerably fewer who will also tender for building contracts and manage the contracts throughout, including keeping an eye on costs and quality which we lay people would not understand.
