By total coincidence I have come across these reviews for this company whilst looking for their telephone number to help me with some information I needed on my alarm system. I have used this company constantly for 17 years (and have recommended them on many occasions to close friends) and I can only tell you that the less than favourable reviews listed do not in any way marry up with our experience of them. Worst service imaginable, do not use!!! I paid yearly monitoring and maintenance for my mother including a new panic button. The panic button broke and was replaced with another broken button. They sent a bill of £24 for annual button battery replacement, I refused to pay until the panic button was fixed. They refused to do so and subsequently sent a threatening debt collection agency letter for the £24 and then cut the monitoring to my mother’s house. My mother had no alarm monitoring even though I had paid for the year. I was forced at large expense

Urgently needed to get extra Banham keys cut to let my property out and was let down by two other local locksmiths who both said that my Banham key was too old and it is hard to get copies. Banham (Golders Green) was also a let down as they said that they couldn't cut that old a key (!!!!!). Although Securebase also didn't have that type of key (Banham 1D), they came up with an ingenious, alternative solution of using a similar Yale key. It worked perfectly and saved me a huge amount potential time and cost in replacing the cylinder (through Banham). Such helpful and friendly staff! Top notch service
