We will provide building owners and their architects and designers a free written proposal in relation to the impact of the Party Wall Etc Act 1996 based upon plans provided.

Residential Surveys Report

There are various types of residential surveys which are available that we specialise in detailed building surveys and structural analysis reports. Structural analysis reports are where the existing structure is assessed to ascertain whether or not there are indications of structural failure, whether that failure is recent or progressive and what remedial works are required.

Insurance Claims Report

We have significant experience in dealing with matters such as this and the particular requirements that relate to either flood or fire damage reinstatement. We will assess the damage caused, provide a Schedule of Works and specification and obtain competitive tenders.
