Initially when they came to fit our patio doors it became apparent that the frame had been made to the wrong spec. The fitters managed to install it temporarily to make it secure and weatherproof as best they could.This was caused by a simple mistake in transferring the information to the manufacturers. We had to wait 4 weeks for the new frame to be made which was disappointing. However the final fitment went ahead in a straightforward manner and we are pleased with the workmanship and new door. The fitters were polite, friendly and cleaned up after themselves so we could not fault them in any

As some who works this company will not give me a date to fix my window that is a small job I have had 2 phone calls about 2 week ago to look at the job but both times I was at work when they wanted to see the job since then they have not been in touch with me I need a date with they will not give me

Awful customer service with arrogant and rude workmen. Started extremely loud work at 7am waking all children in the house up.
When approached the workmen pretended not to hear anything and we were told we had to put up with it.
When they were asked to keep the npise down until an acceptable time they purposely got louder. Awful experience that lost a lot of future custom.

Poor customer service and accounts keeping. My 92 year old mother had some work done by GHI and paid for it by debit card over the phone immediately. She was subsequently called 2 or 3 times by Gary asking for payment which she told him had been made. An invoice was also sent. When I, her daughter, called GHI it was eventually discovered that the person who had taken her payment over the phone had not checked the spelling of my mother’s name and the payment had not been credited to her. (You have to wonder where the money went when the bill was paid and how GHI lost track of it.)
