We offer a range of services from feasibility studies to a fully managed RIBA Plan of Work architectural service. With a fully managed service we take projects from concept to completion. We design, plan, tender and manage on site and ensure projects are delivered to the highest of standards. At the inception stage, we analyse the project's feasibility and define the parameters going forward.

We advise on the size, scope and manage the clients expectations. To develop a design from a solid concept, we delve into the issues of style and form, whilst referring to the statutory requirements of planning and building control. After a design has been granted a planning approval, we work deeper into the detail of how the architecture is constructed to a regulatory standard.

Tender packages are then created to ensure a robust contract sum can be generated from a broad array of contractors. For impartiality, rjha are not affiliated to any construction company. We offer a fully managed service which includes onsite inspections and contractor liaison.

Whilst an associate director at Fletcher Priest Architects, Ray Holden was responsible for delivering the spectacular office development, No. 1 Wood Street, for Land Securities. Set in the heart of the St Paul's conservation area, the building is clad in Portland stone, bead blasted aluminium and glass.
The new offices for the Octopus Group are a place to create and engage. Functioning primarily as communications agency, we promoted that the brand should run through the new space. Using room height digital printing, we were able to translate the brand in a direct but subtle manner, underlining its significance.
Astell Street is a whole house remodelling with extensions at basement and roof level. To modernise this period property we have insulated throughtout, installed a whole house ventilation system that recover 95% of the heat it expells and added high efficiency boilers with underlfloor heating. The result is a modern low energy home, wrapped in a period property.
Thorndown Lane is a copper clad extension to a semi detached house in Windlesham. This rear extension uses milled copper panels to frame the architecture and its openings. Oak doors and windows, with stock brickwork walls complete the palette. Externally we have created an enclosed terrace with staggered planted boxes that are clad in planed Oak battens.
Tanglin House is an economically delivered, simple white box extension, creating a light and spacious extended living environment. Wide Bi-folding doors, a linear sliding window and large rooflight flood the interior with light, whilst details like the slate coping stones add an element of quality to the overall finish.
