We looked around for a local flooring shop and 3 Oak were heads and shoulders above everyone else. Thomas was fantastic and was great in showing us through all the different options. The team worked around our building schedule and the install was great. We had two different floor levels and the 3 Oak were not happy with the wooden underflooring our builders had built so re did this. Very happy we chose these guys and can’t recommend them highly enough.

I had searched hi and low for someone to make a custom sized good quality chevron plank. Not only 3 Oak Wood Flooring took it on, their 30day smoked oak is of superb quality. The quote was very competitive of the 5 I had. Definitely best value and by far superior quality for money. As often happens on site, things got delayed, yet installers were very accommodating and worked around other tradesmen. We had designed a series of challenging custom made floor boxes in the middle of the floor, which proved a struggle to fit, but combination of perseverance and skill produced a fantastic result! I cannot recommend 3 Oak enough. Firstly, the level of customer experience, right from the start was infinitely better than what we experienced with other bigger known brands and companies. Ben and Thomas came to our house and spent quite a bit of time discussing options with us. They were very prompt in getting the order ready and we used their guys for the installation who were very good and professional. Their work was excellent. Ben and the team at 3 Oak helped us recently by laying an oak floor on our landing and in our study. Their tradesman was meticulous with all details in crafting the floor. He was exceptionally careful and did a brilliant job, and the quality of material was also superb. Having building work done can be a stressful experience, but I found working with Ben a real pleasure as he was so reassuring and did everything necessary to ensure that clients are happy with the work.
