I can't praise Philip and his team enough, they were professional, courteous, friendly, and respectful. They did a great job taking some items into storage for us, helping with packing and a long day moving us from Kent to Suffolk. Of the entire moving process, dealing with Philip from quotation to the day of the move was by far the least… stressful. Not the cheapest, but we had a great feeling about them and so glad we chose them. Thank you so much, and when you bring the rest of our things from storage, I will make sure I get plenty of kit-kats in.

I would highly recommend Philip Marks removals . We had a long distance move from Sheppey to Norfolk over two rain soaked days and they were friendly, cheerful , incredibly helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. We had a couple of very awkward shaped large items which they took care of and packed for us .We also thought for the amount of work involved that the price was very reasonable . Thankyou for all your help.

We had a removal company booked. They were taking the garden stuff on Tuesday then Thursday and Friday they would take the contents of the house. It's a big house! They turned up but then had to leave straight away because of Covid. Absolutley devestated!. 9.30 am i started searching google and rang Philip Marks. I explained the situation and he agreed to come and look. Arrived at 10.30. After looking around he said he could do the house on Wednesday and Thursday but couldn't do the garden until the following week which was fine with us. They charged more but honestly worth the extra! Around 5

We have now used Phillip Marks twice in the last 4 years and I can’t speak highly enough of his team.
It was a very long day for them as we were held up by protesters on the motorway but not once did they complain. The guys even had to carry a very heave piece of furniture up 2 flights of stairs but they never gave up. The manager of the complex remarked on how well it went.
The move went really smoothly and we felt that we were in good hands from start to finish.

Philip, Owen, Steve & Billy were extremely polite, professional and had a great sense of Humour,
They took all the stress away to make this happen for us!
Nothing was a chore to them even though they had to load out a 1000 boxes across 5 floors(80 stairs) especially on a boiling hot day!! THANKYOU SO MUCH , Not only was the service Top class but an absolute pleasure to deal with as well , Highly recommend to anybody looking for removals of any type 10 out of 10......... 5 Stars !!!

The guys moving were quick and unloaded well. However on turning on our TV at our new property I noticed a white mark on the screen (pictures attached) I emailed Philip and followed it up with a call and he told me there was no possible way the TV could have been damaged in transit and said 'as its not shattered or broke its not something we can sort as its electrical' I just don't get how something can leave a property in one state and not arrive in the same state yet its not happened in transit. Extremely frustrating as the rest if the service was great but I know have tonfork out another £500

Can't thank these guys enough. We used Philip Marks to move house yesterday and they were fantastic. Arrived on time, emptied the house really quickly, waited for the keys with no pressure and then were really quick and efficient with unloading at the other end at the new house. No damage to anything caused and covers were placed on everything so nothing got dirty. The 3 guys were super friendly and couldn't recommend this company enough. Thank You.

Philip Marks have helped us with 3 house moves & some storage over the last 8 years & we would thoroughly recommend them.We have not used their packing service but have always found them attentive, helpful, careful, punctual and polite.They have also given us practical advice for packing difficult items. All the team members we have dealt with are cheerful and helpful. In fact I would not consider moving house without them!

We used Philip Marks when we moved recently. The service was professional at all times. The office staff were really helpful I had to ring the office a couple of times prior to moving regarding delivery of… boxes and they were delivered really quickly nothing was too much trouble. On our moving day the lads were hardworking and friendly and they made our move run really smoothly. If you are looking for a Removal Company i would highly recommend Phillip Marks.
