We had this company last year to install new radiators and to do the annual boiler service, we have used them again this year to do the boiler service, highly recommend them, and also during these COVID times all precautions were taken, very happy, great service. Just used this business again to install a new bathroom sink and kitchen taps, brilliant as always

Graham and his team did a boiler replacement for us to a combi-boiler in our loft, removal of old immersion heater and tanks and tidying of pipework. From first meeting to the actual installation Graham and his team have been amazing. They answered all our questions during the decision process. The installation took place in April 2021 and was done in 2 days, and during this time, everything was done very professionally. They made time to carefully explain how the new boiler and thermostat works. The best thing is everyone was really friendly and polite and not pushy in any way. Overall they come

Our initial enquiry for moving our 5 year old boiler was very quickly responded to. A visit to confirm the job was arranged and the cost of the work was speedily confirmed by email.
The actual work was undertaken in short order and the fitters were very organised, very efficient and very tidy. The fitters ensured that everything was alright and that we were fully content with their work before they left.

Graham was so helpful on his first visit that after I saw him, I cancelled every other appointment that I had booked. He took his time to explain everything from the boiler, installation, flow rate, v smart control and the advantages over general ones like hive and Nest. Whenever his boys came around they were as nice as he was that I mistakenly thought they were related to Graham. Two brothers Tom and Tony came to do the job. We originally found a recommendation for Vaillant boilers on the Which website and from there found our way to Woods Taylor Ltd, as recommended plumbers/installers. And I have to say I’m very glad we found them. We never felt pressured at all to sign up, even though our decision was put on hold due to the lockdown in March. The quote from Graham was very competitive and the amount of work required to install our new boiler in the loft was both complicated and challenging. But the two engineers who turned up were extremely professional, experienced and got the job done within the two allotted

Graham and his team were prompt and professional at all times during our Boiler install. Everyone took the time to explain the installation process and the mechanisms involved.
They were tidy, diligent and polite. The house has been immeasurably improved by the new heating system and the difference was felt immediately.

After a boiler flue emergency that left us without hot water, I called Graham to get a quotation for a new flue to be fitted. He came over on a Saturday afternoon, was very pleasant and courteous, and promised a quotation by Monday. It arrived first thing on Monday and was 20% below another quotation I had been given verbally. We agreed on the job and Graham's man Matt did the work on the Thursday morning. It was carried out in a very professional manner, to a high standard, and with the minimum of fuss. I would be happy to recommend Graham any time.

After much investigation, quotes and frustrations I made contact with Graham who after discussion on the phone provided three quotes for consideration. He then visited the next day and carried out an in depth survey of the work to be done. Within a week the new replacement Vaillant Boiler and replacement radiator in bedroom was carried out by his superb engineer brothers Tom and Tony with efficiency and helpfulness. You need look no further than this company for excellent service, friendliness and above all a very competitive price.
