Our experience was very poor. Lost our order and never told us until we rang up three days before fitting. Now can't get the flooring we wanted. All done over WhatsApp and they then lost the phone! Bizarre way to do business. Now going elsewhere.

At the start we had some issues when I order my carpet, but that got sorted the staff member I dealt with was very helpful.
I have heard that there are crab I told them that I don't want to believe this and I will make my own judgement.
Yesterday I got my carpet fitted, the boys where on time, professional, polite, quick and when finished took all there rubbish.

Great service and will use again. Bought some artificial grass, good quality with a price that beat all the competitors online. Delivered at very short notice. Nothing was to much trouble and everyone I spoke or dealt with gave me the confidence that nothing was to much trouble. A special mention for Ricardo.

I had not pleasent meeting with drivers from carpet outlet, these guys (there was two in a van) nearly hit me after I took roundabout. When roundabout finish there are 3 lanes, but after a moment they going back in to two lanes. Those guys was drive on the left hand side of the road following some slow car, the driver of the van didnt even check if any car is driving off from the lane that is finishing and start overtaking the car... That make me angry because I was passing driving licence in UK and I know the rules on the Street, this is so shame for the shop to have so unresponsible drivers!

We've had absolute disaster experience with the company. Purchased carpets 2 years ago, spent £3000. I have been contacting them on many occasions over a year to replace the front room carpet as agreed. The carpet was cut too short and it is fraying also has a cut in the corner.
Landing carpet has cut a and runners are frying in many places, visible staples, stripes not matching... And I was guarantee to have their best carpet fitter after previous disasters... not door strip
Still waiting for manager to come around.... and waiting.....
Nobody phone to organise fitting or fixing the problem
