Sideboard delivered from Braehead store December 2nd without a fittings pack so it couldnt be assembled - it's STILL in flat packs on my floor January 4th - over a month later.
Despite numerous phone calls to Customer services (when they took my calls that is), e.mails and even calls to store AND store visits - not to mention PROMISES - I still dont have a satisfactory answer. Staff are excellent at 'avoiding' answering me & not doing as they said they would - would NEVER recommend this company.

Stay away from this store, there products are just Italian flatpack IKEA, I gave them a second chance and purchased again one of the items was in stock at another store, which they say would take two weeks to have it brought to the kilmarnock store. That was over two months ago, and when I called customer services all I got was a aye whit ever.

I really do wish we had looked at Trustpilot before handing over a £300 deposit for a dining room table we were assured would be delivered in 4 weeks. It seems they will tell you anything to get the sale then when problems arise they don't even bother telling you about it. Our table was overdue and when we eventually got in contact with someone we were told the actual delivery was over 10 weeks. We asked for a call from management to discuss taking a display model in the meantime but unfortunately they are only interested in getting the sale, no after sales serviceat all. Mother whose 82 purchased two couches and chair all leather. Arrival time 10/12 weeks. Finally arrived 17 week point. Delivered 3rd week April. Then 6 months later leather stretching chair, couches dipped on ends both couches. Go back designer rooms Arran mall, Ayr. Get phone number to arrange technician comes see living room set. Called arrangement made come march 2020 covid19 arrives. Technician called mother rearranged date which was after guarantee would have ran out but assured her that was fine. Pictures taken. Only 2 people live this house and they decided only thing v they could do was
