I have used Putney Plumbers for a little over 19 years since I moved to Putney, over the years I have met most if not all of their engineers and I have always found them polite and professional! They have always been on hand to help with my plumbing and heating needs and I have never felt the need to go elsewhere!
The office staff have always been polite and helpful and are always on hand to book an appointment.
I would always recommend Putney Plumbers anyone who is looking for a plumbing/heating company!
I hope Putney Plumbers are around for another 20 years!

Wow- they have become expensive now. I've used them for a number of years for boiler service and the system filter service was always included. Then they wanted £10 extra to clean the filter but the engineer they sent didn't know how to do it. This year they wanted £37.50 + VAT just to clean the filter - a 5-10 min job - on top of the c. £75 + VAT they charge for the boiler service. I found much better value elsewhere.

I concur with the previous review - "reasonable until something went wrong" and their responses "entirely unsatisfactory". The plumber didn't identify that a "faulty dishwasher" had been re-installed without the cap on the outlet pipe being removed - a very basic plumbing error. The builder (Tavenor Finnis) who re-fitted it wouldn't take responsibility and Putney Plumbers said Siemens, the dishwasher manufacturer, needed to be called out.
I've used Putney Plumbers numerous times over the years though use other plumbers now.
