Hi in a world where we are all to aware of negative feedback, can I just say that both Sue and I are exceptionally pleased with the recent bottom toilet installation, the tiler problem seamlessly overcome and whilst I can’t judge the tiler who didn’t turn up, Stevie did a great job stepping in whilst encroaching on his weekend to complete the job. Richard and Nathan and young James have made a stunning job of what was a terrible designed and executed original toilet. Really enthuses me ( did I really say that) to think and start planning the main bathroom in 2022, perhaps we could have the

Following a heating breakdown they came out and carried out some checks and replace a faulty valve, but diagnosed that unfortunately my 17 year old boiler needed to be replaced. I guessed we might be in for a cold Christmas with only ten days to go but they pulled out all the stops and changed my boiler today. Harry did most of the work and and fitted the new boiler neatly into the cupboard that had housed the old one. Everything was left immaculate and the house is now beautifully warm. thank you Harry and J R Plumbing.

Arrived quite far behind the time stated, and left me with a small leak, however when I called James responded quickly and within minutes had resolved the problem with a friendly and helpful manner. He listened carefully to feedback and took on board suggestions for how my experience could have been made less stressful.
Similarly their office staff were very quick and helpful at resolving some anomalies with the final bill, and the payment system itself accepts Gpay making it very quick and easy to get sorted.
Shaky start but a good outcome and will definitely consider using them again.

I had a boiler service and water tank inspection by Paul last week. He not only came on time but even earlier than expected. Everything was done professionally including checking all my radiators and in a friendly manner. Sarah provided certificates at my request and communicated with me throughout the process. We had a problem in Dec 2021 with our heating and hot water not working, and called JR to arrange for someone to come. My husband mentioned we are a vulnerable household and to his credit James came out within a day. He fixed the boiler very quickly and we were very impressed with not only the speed but how professional and friendly he is. We would recommend JR Plumbing and Heating with no hesitation.

We consider the work carried out to be of major concern to us but it was as absolute pleasure having Dan and Harry in our property. I highly recommend JR Plumbing , I commissioned a bathroom renovation for my parents in law and the service provided by the JR Plumbing team was excellent. From quote to finish the communication between the team and myself was above expected, the brief was to knock down a wall between toilet and bathroom to provide maximum space for reduced mobility user.
