Architecture Report

The general policy of our company, and something we pride ourselves on, is providing quality design solutions to be sympathetic to the local vernacular and environment using colours and material with a commitment to energy efficient and sustainable buildings. We work effectively across all areas including residential, commercial including educational and retail sectors.

Planning Report

The planning consultancy part of LA+P has become a permanent and successful element of the business. The dedicated presence of our Associate and Chartered Planning Consultant Lesley Tierney since 2014 has bolstered the overall service we are able to deliver to clients.

Conservation Report

Conservation Architecture is the process of recognising when a building has cultural significance and being able to take the correct course of action to either preserve, restore or design a sympathetic intervention to create a new use for the building.
