We had an overlay screed and ufh heating installed through the whole ground floor of our renovation. Mark was fantastic to deal with throughout, visting me a number of times before quoting and answering my many messages and email at all times. The team were polite and efficient on the day and floor looks great. The team helpfully also took lots of good photos for me so i know for future where pipe runs etc are. Would certainly recommend pro screed.

Made an appointment for Mark to come and give quote for my very large extension to be screed. He never arrived so I phoned the office. His secretary told me Mark was in the office and he would phone me. He didn’t phone that day and weeks have gone and he has not phoned. I find this company unprofessional and downright rude. They are too busy to bother with everyone and think it’s okay to treat customers as if they don’t exist.

We had a fantastic experience working with Pro Screed York on our kitchen extension floor with under floor heating. The team were both professional and personable and took the time to make sure the job was done exactly to our specifications. The aftercare was also fantastic. I needed my bathroom floor level to have Vinyl flooring laid, Mark was once again very professional and prompt with helping me out with this.

Mark did an excellent job laying our new concrete floor in our house. I found him and his team to be prompt, very efficient and clean. Communications were easy, Mark went out of his way to please and make everything stress-free and was extremely helpful at every step of the way. He certainly knows his job and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

A good professional job was done whilst I was away. Mark and his team also sorted out a couple of snags that I had with the floor levelling without any complaints and I would highly recommend.
On the whole, really tidy workers, all the questions I asked they were more than happy to help me with, my cousin is starting his new build and will be using Pros creed and the team on that project too.
