Called this company and spoke to the plumber. i was very polite and transparent and told him i've had a few quotes and wanted to know if he could give me a price on changing a boiler. he quoted £2500 without hesitation or any questions. he then proceeded to tell me that i have had too many quotations so he wont be able to work with me and put the phone down. absolute disgrace. i tried to call him back but he rejected my call. im just glad i never gave him the business.

I honestly wish I could give this rude and obnoxious man a zero rating. Just spoke to him on the phone and the first thing he mentioned was his ridiculous hourly rate without any justification. Then when I asked him to quote for a job he stated he does not have the time and he put the phone down.
Please do not use this so called plumber, absolutely shocking. Stay away, lacks any sort of professionalism and his phone manners are appalling.

Absolute waste of time. can't understand how he has such a high rating. most people probably don't know how to leave a bad review hence his rating. i called him and asked for a quote, he was extremely rude and offensive. I was gobsmacked at his attitude. It really upset me that people like this go into others homes. stay away from him. disgusting service.

Absolutely brilliant service. We needed an emergency plumber on a Sunday during lockdown. I called Subs based on the reviews. He gave us a time and estimated cost, he turned up on time and conducted the work in a very professional manner and charged exactly what he quoted on the phone. Very friendly guy and he explained everything he was doing. I will definitely use Subs again and will recommend to friends and family.

The service provided by Subs was excellent. He visited one of my rental properties, having liaised with the tenant directly. He promptly diagnosed what the issue was and talked me through the various options available. We agreed a solution and he booked a second appointment to attend and fix. His timing, advice and service is of an exemplary standard. He has now completed about 5 jobs for me and even the tenants have said that he is a genuinely nice guy, which is a bonus!

Subs clearly understands the mechanics well, and was able to explain and reduce a persistent banging noise from our pipework. Clean and tidy workmanship, arrived early to the job! Will be calling back again soon for more work.
