We are arguably the UK's most experienced and respected supplier of all types of thermal processing equipment and associated services. Supplying new and refurbished turn-key installations for most thermal applications. Heat treatment retorts, jigs, fixtures and work baskets in a range of alloys are a particular strength of the Fabwell team, who can demonstrate longstanding experience of specification and design.
Our experienced welding staff are fully conversant with MIG, TIG and ARC welding processes and have been assessed to meet the requirements of ASME 9 class 1 & 2 BS.4872.
As a company specialising in Heat and Corrosion resisting alloy fabrications our welders and fabricators work almost exclusively in high Nickel/Chrome alloys, making them the best the industry has to offer, working under the supervision of our engineering manager who is qualified to the requirements of CSWIP-WS-1-90 (Welding supervision) second addition and Tech Weld.

During recent years we have managed to grow our experience and knowledge in the supply of new plant. The conception of this has been well supported by the Carbon Trust down to our fuel savings and reduction in emissions on new gas fired plant. We have marketed something in the region of 40 new Salt Pot Furnaces with fuel efficient burners.
We are able to carry out full rebuilds and repairs to furnace brickwork. We employ skilled Bricklayer and semi-skilled labourers to carry out refractory repairs to all designs and makes of furnaces. We can also accommodate ceramic fibre linings. All site teams include - personnel qualified with the Health and Safety passport, confined spaces, First-Aid appointed persons, and the undertaking of risk assessments and method statements.
We employ professionally qualified metallurgical and mechanical engineers capable of designing and specifying heat treatment jigs and fixtures for your range of products. At contract review stage we will ascertain your requirements and prepare CAD designs and drawings for agreement prior to full production.
