We had the worst service ever from this company and would NOT recommend them to do any work for anybody. They were quick to take our money but not so quick to follow up their contractors. Communication is woeful leading to massive delays on completion of work. We were told 6 - 8 weeks for completion which took much longer, unable to move in for Christmas. No checking of work done. Ended up with a piece of granite outside leant against a wall for over a week in an empty property. Very poor service with no aftercare.

Went to FKB for a shiny new kitchen in time for Christmas. Thought I did well bartering for a price I could afford. But only if we paid some in cash.
FKB then started work two weeks early. Wow. I thought. But I only thought this for two days.
Then the nightmare began.
FKB, after ripping out the old kitchen and partially demolishing a wall, the con man at FKB put the price up by£2500. Then because I refused to pay anymore walked off the job.
We had already paid him £13000.
He has do far refused to refund any of this money.

My wife and I visited the showroom earlier today. There is a fantastic display of both bathrooms and kitchens and the lady we spoke to was helpful and informative. We will be coming back to book a design visit!
