Very disappointed with this company who came highly recommended. We feel we 'dodged a bullet' with Controlled Interiors.
It's a long one, but a full account of our poor experience......
In February we had a first visit from Tim. Charming, but slightly over imposing. We discussed our ideas (which included an extension) we gave a smaller budget than we ended up having, but we were excited to see what he could come up with as he came across quite positively about our ideas.
A week or so later we went to the show room for our viewing. The first design was nothing but short of what we had discussed

Wow! Our kitchen designed, supplied and fitted by Controlled Interiors Ltd is amazing!
We had an idea of what we wanted and Jeff's design is much more than we had imagined! We were given a schedule by Penny, and even though there were some pre-existing electrical issues which were safely rectified, it all went smoothly and on time - we now have our dream kitchen!
The quality of the Leicht cabinets is excellent and they compliment the Bosch appliances perfectly.
Thank you Jeff, Penny and all the brilliant tradespeople involved!

I could not recommend Controlled Interiors highly enough, they are a fantastic company and delivered a first class kitchen.
From the initial consultation through to the the final installation, they made every aspect of the project clear to understand and delivered what they said, when they said it would happen.
The design ideas and military project management from Penny and Guy were exceptional and every different trade that came to our house, (we had a lot done), were first class.
We absolutely love our new kitchen, which exceeds our expectations and has transformed our house!

We are delighted with our new kitchen. We had quite a precise brief and Guy and Penny managed to offer a design which incorporated all of our requirements, plus their advice and suggestions were extremely helpful. They were able to timetable the fitting to suit us and the whole process was completed with amazing efficiency and to a high standard - which is a bit of a rarity these days.

Very professional company who did a complete kitchen design and installation from start to finish. The modelling software gives you a very good impression of what the kitchen will look like before the kitchen has been installed. The German kitchen is of a very high quality and has lots of nice touches not seen in English kitchens. Had to wait for the kitchen to be made in Germany before it was professionally installed in the UK. The fitter was a perfectionist and was very nice to work with. Very pleased with the kitchen and the support provide by Controlled Interiors. Can thoroughly recommend them

We’d already homed in on a Leicht kitchen before discovering Controlled Interiors quite by chance while driving down the A31. Our extension project was still at the design stage so everything needed to be designed ‘off plan’ for spaces and lighting that we had yet to be able to see. Guy took our architect’s drawings and made what turned out to be very accurate 3D renderings of the final spaces. The kitchen and utility room designs evolved with our increasing understanding of the spaces and the various iterations of Guy’s graphics also provided useful input to the construction team as

Brilliant job from start to finish, Kitchen was open to design ideas as a new extension to house, Controlled Interior designer came and discussed with myself and my wife then drew up a 3D model of how our kitchen would look which was amazing to see, the fitters were clean and meticulous and attention to detail second to none, so very very happy with the quality of all units and appliances, great job Penny and all of the team, Gary & Maxine

We recently had our new kitchen supplied & installed by Controlled Interiors and could not be happier with both the design process and the final result. From the outset Jeff & Penny were incredible in recognizing the exact style and feel we were after, offering advice and insights whilst keeping in line with our initial plans. We have recently had our kitchen completed with Controlled Interiors and the work they have done has been exceptional. We had our old kitchen knocked through into the garage and had a large kitchen extension with island.
From start to finish the customer service has been excellent and Guy was fantastic throughout. The fitters and workforce were very friendly and done an absolutely faultless job.

We spent a lot of time debating who we would use for our kitchen, Controlled Interiors were very helpful from the start. The quality of the units, fit and finish was perfect with a great eye for detail. What really impressed us was the planning, everything was 100% on schedule work wise including walls being knocked down, plastering and electrics. In terms of fitting you can tell it is a "proper job" by a proffesional company as the standard of workmanship is so high. I have never seen anyone elses kitchen fitted to such a high quality standard, but take a look at the pictures and judge for yourself

We got a price for a kitchen off most of the " High St" Suppliers coming in right at the top of the price range was B&Q, I didn't feel happy that everyone who quoted wanted ALL the money up front before installation. We were towards Controlled Interiors by a friend. Tim came down and suggested a design no one thought of, staged payments. We are so… glad we chose one of their designs the quality is superb both my wife and I never thought the finished product would look so good, a totally stress free, and professional install by Ian, a great all round team effort.
