Profile 22 Optima is a modern internally glazed and fully welded window system, reinforced to meet British Standards.

We used this company to fit a large bay window in our front room and a triple glazed unit in our daughter's bedroom in 2015. And we were very pleased with the service. So we went back to them this month (April 2019) and was so disappointed with such poor customer service, information and administration that we've now had to cancel a preliminary agreement for them to do a job for us. We ended up having to repeatedly call and chase them to try and give them more business - in the double glazing market! You might have a different experience but that was ours.

Excellent company from start to finish. We had the front windows and door replaced with grey upvc.
Customer service was excellent too! after my partner could not open the front door after installation even though she had been shown. One quick call to James in the office and the installers came straight back to resolve the non issue.
Also very respectfully of your home putting down sheets to protect the floors.
Now looking to get other windows replaced due to being so happy with the first installation.

We had decided to have a new back door and kitchen window fitted. A friend recommended Essex Trade Windows. I called them and the guy came out, measured up and recommended the best type of back door from a security angle. We are very happy with the job. Not the cheapest quote we had but we think good value for money.

Myself, two of my friends and several of my family are customers of Essex Trade Windows. We have all had disasters with other companies, when it comes to getting work done around the home, and I have personally wasted a lot of money paying for badly done jobs. I had almost given up hope of finding someone who will fix things properly. Thats why its so nice to finally find this company, who have done a wonderful job.
