Services
Our showroom is located in NW10, near North Acton Tube, open to the trade and public. In our showroom you can view fully installed kitchen worktop and bathroom vanities. As well as full installations, we have a huge range of product samples available for you to take with you in Silestone & Caesarstone quartz, granite, marble and other natural stones.
As we use digital CNC machines to cut our worktops we use a laser to template your new worktops so that we are one tenth of a millimetre accurate. Regular stone tolerances still apply and will vary between applications. Not many other stone companies offer this service. From our laser templating we will produce a CAD drawing for you or your customer to confirm all the relevant details such as hob and sink positioning.

We looked all over for people to provide and fit our worktop.
We found the stone we liked at from different company's showroom and contacted Touchstone for a quote. Off the bat the price was competitive and the customer service was amazing.
A day later someone was stenciling and fitting started the next week.
There was an issue with the measurements of the Island so that couldnt be fit but they quickly were on the phone to me to apologize and reschedule.
Now that it's all in, it's amazing.

It took a bit of time to get going on sending me the samples I had requested (and their samples are quite difficult to judge because thinner and smaller than average), but I was very impressed by how smoothly the rest of the process unfolded and Luis was extremely attentive and helpful, even kindly sending me videos of some of the worktops when I was unable to pass by the show room, and organising the installation as quickly as possible. The finished result is beautiful and the installation team were all friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Touchstone Worktops were helpful and professional. From the planning stage to advising on where to buy marble and granite, what sizes would be necessary and thickness of each piece.
Luis even came up with suggestions and ideas which were thoughtful and brilliant.The fitters are very detail oriented and worked well with our builders.
I could not recommend this company highly enough. Use them.

When looking for a worktop for our Kitchen, it was simple but go to Touchstone and pick our design of slab. There was a wide range of slabs to choose from and the staff helped see our particular design pattern and reserve the slab until we were ready. The staff visited our property and done the template. Installation was effortless and quick with the worktop fitting the first time.
I love the worktop. Good job all around with good communication and timelines meet.

Ordered a worktop sample 7/8 weeks ago paid for and paid for postage it’s just arrived
after me chasing, if this “service” is what is received for a paid sample service then I would definitely avoid and not use this company. The sample work top sample is laughable it’s thinner than a postage stamp. I’ve ordered samples from numerous companies and been given 30mm depth and a decent size sample for free. To think I’ve actually paid for this rubbish....

Having initially used Touchstone in 2006, I looked them up again this year to provide worktops in another property. David and the team were super helpful and responsive, and we now have finished quartz worktops installed in less than 2 weeks from intially ordering them. Touchstone are a great worktop company and their years of expertise really shows in the end result.

We needed some granite quickly to finish off our outside cooking area and called numerous places which gave lead times of 3-4 weeks we called Touchstone and were told we could have the granite by tomorrow! excellent service from David. Delivered on time efficient and friendly service would highly recommend! also the granite is beautiful!

David was extremely helpful from the start with lots of suggestions to the end with help getting the warranty sorted for me when I was having difficulty. There were lots of samples in the warehouse which helped me choose what kitchen worktop to go for after a long time reviewing things online. Installation was within days and done efficiently and professionally. I would highly recommend Touchstone.
