When you start to feel overwhelmed with the choice, there's always someone on hand to talk you through what you're looking for and offer suggestions; there's never a hard sell on the more expensive stuff either which is really refreshing.

Karen in the shop was friendly and helpful, and provided samples and leaflets.
Trevor measured up and gave us advice regarding the thresholds and underlay.
The carpets in our lounge, stairs, landing and two bedrooms were fitted by Trevor with two other fitters. It was a long day tor them, but the results are fantastic.
We are very pleased with the carpets and the service from everyone at Exeter Carpet Company.

We recently had specialist natural sisal and wool carpets fitted by Exeter Carpet Co. Their customer service was impeccable, they were so helpful, knowledgable and patient. The carpet fitting was executed so neatly, taking great care and fitted to an excellent standard. We would highly recommend Exeter Carpet Co.

Recently had 4 rooms completed by The Exeter Carpet Company. The fitters - Dan and Martin were really friendly guys and they were both hugely respectful of my home. They were happy to answers all my questions and got the work done quickly but to such a high standard. I couldn't be happier with the final results. Thank you guys!!

They are brill people the family are amazing very friendly good sense of humour I would recommend them 💯 percent I wouldn't go anywhere else for my carpets so glad me and my husband chose this company for beautiful carpets glad to have known them the lady called Karen was so very accommodating with choosing my carpets thought the lads where brilliant when they fitted them I will go there all the time hope you all have a good Xmas and a happy new year for 2020 🎄🎅🎁👍
