I ordered online, then received the invoice to bank transfer the amount. The ordering process was easy and the delivery was fast, others I’d seen had 6-8 weeks wait. This came in a few days! They asked me to double check all delivery details were correct which was helpful as I’ve made mistakes before in the past with other deliveries. The order came and was great, not complaints. Delivery man rang 30 minutes in advance to let me know he won’t be long, again greatly appreciated. Would without a doubt order from here again, well run company.

This company DONT want your business! Used them twice before (home & office) and was happy. Now looking for flooring again. Went to showroom, could see 2 staff in there, not busy. It says ‘appointment only’ on door. Fair enough, called number could see one staff member sitting by phone ignoring it. Knocked politely, staff member opens door as if to say ‘what?’ Asked to make an appointment and he says ‘you have to call for appointment (the irony) and you need to wear a mask (I was literally wearing one!). I then email from home asking for an appointment and for them to measure up & quote
