These unusual blinds combine the features of both Roller blinds and Venetian blinds to a stunning effect. Avoid...avoid! I now know why they don't have a review section on their Facebook page! Blinds delayed and didn't get fitted until 3 weeks after measuring date...don't believe their 'fit in 3 or 5 days' they advertise! Bad customer service and contact and a very snooty woman on the phone this morning chasing payment...oh it is annoying when things are delayed isn't it Bill's Blinds?! Have a little taste of your own medicine eh?!
