I went to the shop to price up a job on a small GRP roof. a slim build lad priced up my materials, unfortunately I had a better price elsewhere. on my way out the lad said thanks for wasting my time.
I also called the day before to obtain a quote and was not helped very well, during my visit I asked for a quote and the employee wrote an invoice?, I did not ask for any stock to be picked but it was, I gave the employee details of my quote so that I could get a like for like quote but this didn't happen.
All in all a waste of a 15 mile round trip and to be told I'm wasting your time is unacceptable
