We are very experienced commercial floor sanding specialists and use proven methods of wood floor sanding and floor restoration that will leave your floor neat and tidy with a smooth, professional finish. We commence by sanding down all of the existing floor by using five grades of abrasive belts decreasing in coarseness upon each sand.
Natural wood floors are a unique thing of beauty, with odd and diverse patterns and grains, which is something of a rarity when working with mass produced flooring. Natural flooring has a few declines, as natural movement and temperatures can cause the boards to expand and retract moving position and shaping of the flooring, which i-turn results in gabs between each board.
We use your chosen style, selected from a high quality floor board provider, and fit it in the designated area. We have highly trained engineers to fit your flooring, and to put the finishing touches to your new space. I used these guys for a complete re-sand, repair and refinish of my wood floors. The quality of the work was exceptional and it has been a complete transformation. If you are going to get your floors done use these guys. Not the cheapest but by far not the most expensive. Friendly, professional, quality workmanship and good value.

What can I say 5 star service from this local company from the minute I met Andy till the moment the guys left the service was excellent with the Initial meeting to help in the finalising the work and time the sanding would take. I called Andy to come and take a look at our floors upstairs in our house and he fitted us in very quickly and carried out a survey along with temperature & moisture levels test. He gave me a quote and I accepted for them to start the works as soon as possible which they did a few days later. I know they were working on other properties at the time but fitted us in. The works were carried out in a very professional manner and the guys were really clean & tidy. I expected there to be a lot of dust but there wasn't any and my floors have been oiled after sanding and they look amazing, I was so impressed
