I really hate having to give one star but I'm forced to do so here.
The job I'm on dictated using dust extraction and so I needed to purchase some bags for my nilfisk attix 33-2m
LVC were by far the most expensive but told me they could deliver the same day or next day and so I went ahead based on that.
3 weeks later, still no bags!!!
I kept chasing them and was fobbed off with many excuses. On top of that, they always said they would call me back but never did. It was always me having to call them and having to listen to that joke of an automated message before hand.

EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE - faulty machine. We purchased a very expensive machine from LVC for cleaning porcelain tiles. The machine never worked properly and repeatedly broke. LVC provided very poor and unresponsive service, failing to repair or replace the machine and failing to honor the terms of the warranty. As we've been without the machine for months, the floors have become damaged and will now require professional refinishing and we've had to purchase a replacement machine from another supplier. For over a month we've repeatedly asked LVC to take the faulty machine back for a refund under

Appalling service and lack of accountability from LVC.
Having purchased an Imop, I asked for a service contract, which was not organised unbeknownst to myself.
We had an issues with the Imop, so called out an engineer for a visit as there was a small leak. It was found that a valve was faulty. They have acknowledged the engineer fitted the valve the wrong way round, which meant is did not dispense water. Surely they should have realised this when testing the machine once the work had been completed?
When this error was realised the following day, we asked for them to return and fix the issue
