Never turns up, when he does his work won't be up to standard if it is ever completed. Oh and ignore whatever quote he gives, he will charge you at least double for work not even carried out. Then there's his team, all driving without licenses and a hammer fight in the street. Oh and then theft of goods from the property. A thief, fraud and a liar, avoid at all costs. Left the place in a mess and unsafe. Claimed he had permission from the council to leave a skip on the street, he didn't. Look at the pictures, these are after 7 MONTHS of work. No blue engineering (billed for, but never used) so
