From start to finish, Fraser James Blinds were fantastic! Roy came out to us initially - he was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The ladies in the office were helpful and the whole process was stress-free. Tomas who came to fit the blinds was great! We are very happy with the finished result

We are over the moon with our shutters that were fitted today by Ned.
We also had perfect fit blinds fitted to our patio doors a couple of months ago by a different fitter which we are also really happy with. The team are friendly and take great pride in their work.

Initially, Fraser came to measure and helped us choose the blinds and shutters that we wanted. He was very professional and showed good knowledge of the products. After ordering, I was contacted within 3 weeks to arrange fitting of the blinds. Very impressed with them. We were given a lead time of 14-16 weeks for the shutters including fitting. The communication during this time wasn’t the best. I reached out mid-March to check on the progress and was advised we would be contacted by end of April but was not contacted. I reached out again at the end of April to find out why we hadn’t been contacted
