Very responsive team that organised a removal service (full truck + driver) from the UK to SPAIN.
Very well organised service. Punctual driver and prompt responses from Traslo team in the UK. They organised for custom clearance documents as we were liable to pay custom duties.

I am very disappointed with the service provided by this company and would certainly not hire them again. I contracted a groupage service and therefore expected to have to be flexible with both pick up and delivery dates but not to the extent that it took over 2 months. One piece of furniture was left behind by the drivers in England despite having sent a detailed list of items to be collected. The pick up date was changed several times and in the end I wasn´t able to be there to supervise it.

Please read before you commit the same mistake I did!
This is the absolute worst nightmare for anyone planning to move. My experience has been awful from end to end (and I have to say the tale hasn’t ended yet…)
It took them 3 “go’s” to pick everything in my home. These guys basically sub-hire the services. So they don’t control timings and quality.
After 3 months, and 2 times where I was told “the goods are arriving on Sunday”… my stuff have not arrived, I don’t have any response from them… they will promise me that my stuff will come next week….

Traslo Services moved my home furniture from Kent to Liguria in June 2021. The sales and coordination teams were extremely helpful, thoughtful, responsive and reasonable, with excellent English and Italian.
The driver spoke very ,imitated English and Italian, though worked hard to load and unload furniture form the truck. Unfortunately, and in contravention of company policy, the driver chose to bring some personal items, which he placed on top of my property, causing minimal damage. Traslo were very reasonable, and reimbursed replacement cost immediately.

Moved our entire house contents from Cornwall to Molise in Italy. Very happy with the service. Kept well informed every step of the way. Luca and Stefano were very pleasant and helpful with any questions we had. Staff at collection and delivery ends were very professional and polite. I would be happy to recommend to anyone.

Traslo Service was a very positive experience. We moved from Italy to the USA.
Beside being very responsive and helpful while I was asking quotes around they were also the most affordable service.
When we decided to engage them, they were very professional and always responsive if we had questions or when we reached out to them. when the day of the moving came they packed everything for us and took it, as well as when the things were delivered they unpacked everything for us were extremely fast and professional.
I will definitely use Traslo Service again and recommend it to anybody!

Very poor service, they did an international removal from Italy to the UK.
Most of the furniture got heavily scratched and damaged in the process.
Very bad attitude from one of the delivery crew member as well, who had a clear "can't do" attitude and a real hurry to finish the job at the expense of damaging large furniture while off-loading the lorry and moving through house doors, stairs and when assembling.
The other crew member was much more nice, courteous and helpful although unfortunately I don't recall their names.
All in all a very poor service and definitely not value for money.

I cannot speak highly enough of this company and the personal professional service especially by Letizia the removal co~ordinator. She was so professional, helpful, always there with replies, communicated with all who had to be kept in the loop with family in UK... everything was just perfect and amazing... really could not fault anything...and would highly recommend them to anyone. Keeping in mind its early days with moves from Italy to UK with BREXIT and she was there with advice on forms gave me links and helped in every way possible, considering it was all new to them too. Thank you all
