Arranged a quote, and agreed an installation date. Ringway cancelled on us last minute. Told them it needed to be done before a certain date, they agreed, then cancelled on us last minute for a second time. Threw the entire project out of timescale. Asked them for a callback with the manager, who never got back in touch. Awful service and no respect for the customer. Avoid them at all costs.

From start to finish, this company were just fantastic. They arrived on time, very polite and they worked flat out all day. The quality of workmanship was first class and the price was very reasonable taking into account the materials and labour required. Would recommend Chris and his team 100%, just brilliant and a breath of fresh air in this day and age.

A gentleman called Chris came over to assess the job and provide a quotation. He spent a good hour looking at the roof, taking photos of the property, discussing the job and pricing etc. Today I received an email to say we’re unable to provide a quotation as we don’t have the availability to schedule the work!!?? Why come and waist an hour of my time and take photos of my property offer to do the work in October if you never had availability in the first place!?? Unprofessional and total time wasters!!

These guys are fantastic, good family firm that show up on time and do a cracking job. The work they have done was fantastic and they were so clean and tidy after they had finished. I was missing a chimney part that the owner went to his house to collect as he had a spare one. I deal with a lot of trades people in my professional life and these guys are some of the best I have come across. Ive already booked them for the next job.
