I've used Serino Woods & Floors Bedford a couple of times now to lay Quick Step laminate in my kitchen extention in 2019 and just recently to lay more of the same in my hall and WC. Danny and his team are the nicest people you could ever do business with. Very professional and eager to get the best outcome for your project at very reasonable prices. Poor customer service, rang the shop loads of times. They make promises to ring back, but never do, poor expectation management
Booked to get measured and didn’t turn up I had to ring to follow up, when they did come the quote was wrong. Only persisted as no one else was doing Kardean. I had 5 rooms which needed doing so you think they would be more keen. I first contacted them in May and still not heard back despite following up every two weeks or so. COVID will be the reason but its no excuse for poor customer service and just not bothering to contact your customer when you say you will. I’ve

Had extensive laminate flooring through lounge/diner, stairs and hallway. Excellent quality in terms of product {Quickstep Perspective), service (Danny) and workmanship (Matt), I cannot fault Serino Woods & Floors in any aspect.
