2 weeks without hot water! Awful! DON'T USE!
XP plumbers were called by our building management company to fix our boiler when it broke down, leaving us with no hot water or central heating.
After an initial inspection and temporary repair the next day (Wednesday) they left it temporarily working - only for it to break down the next morning.
They then said they needed time to order the parts, and they couldn't get them until the following week.
After a weekend without hot water or heating, Monday came and they called to say they had the parts, and that they could come to repair the
