The one and only roofing company to keep an appointment during the wettest February on record and come out to fix a problem with my roof that had led to rainwater seeping through a ceiling and running down inside walls. Carl's guys fixed a problem with flashing around a chimney stack on their first visit, but didn't track the water trail back to find the source of the rainwater ingress. Carl took a call from me on a Sunday when rain again came in and had two of his men on my doorstep first thing Monday morning.
