Sam has given me a beautiful new kitchen. In the design stage he managed to see inside my head and produce the kitchen of my dreams and kept to my budget. He kept me informed at each step.
During construction he constantly monitored the work ensuring everything was going to plan. His teams were very professional and highly skilled, and comfortable to have in my home. I would like to give credit to them too.

Sam designed and supplied our new kitchen. The design work was incredible. We wanted to maximize storage in a relatively small space and Sam's design work defies physics. The breakfast bar he suggested is our favourite feature. And the appliances are sensational! Sam does not put any pressure on but is also more than happy to offer his advise and reasoning should you ask. Which I did multiple times having never done this before.

Very nice guy, who has a very personable and capable team, only let down by the tiler he uses. His grouting contained some curious black spots, and the tiler ignored my two emailed polite requests to obtain two or three spare tiles to cover breakages.]

Quality, efficiency, punctuality, friendly service. Attracted by the picture of a lovely sage green kitchen on the website, I made an appointment with Sam and came to his shop. The display was attractive, and made my choice easy. Sam took time to make sure I was happy with the choice. He came to my house on time, made some drawings for me, and promptly provided me with the quote and the date of installation. When I asked a question about some material, he immediately brought me a sample, though a picture would be entirely acceptable. The work started as promised. The team members were all so pleasant

Samuel Neal Kitchens has just completed a large kitchen and installation for my wife and I, we were both extremely happy with the whole process and we received top quality service from the initial design stage to installation.
The Kitchen itself has been fantastically designed and the layout has worked so well with the space we had available. Sam went out his way to make sure we were happy with every step of the installation and answered any questions we had as the kitchen took shape. The kitchen fitter was very professional/clean and tidy but most of all very friendly

I have no hesitation in recommending Samuel Neal Kitchens. Our project was more complex than most. We needed to transform a large reception room in a listed house into a kitchen. This required new plumbing, ventilation and power - no mean feat when dealing with a listed house. SNK not only installed the units and appliances but prepared the room from scratch and in sympathy with the taxing limitations imposed by a grade 2 listing. They responded to our brief perfectly.
