I can’t recommend this company enough, they always let me know the evening before that they are coming, are always friendly and helpful and always do a great job too. In addition, if they notice anything unusual (unrelated to the window cleaning), I always get a phone call to ensure I know which goes above and beyond the services I’m paying for. Pure Tech were recommended very highly to us by one of our neighbours, we were happy with our window cleaner at the time but only issue they didn't always turn up as scheduled. We gave Pure Tech a try and we are so happy we did! Tim and his team's work is always excellent. He is reliable, trustworthy and cares about the service he provides. Great job on my windows - I have very limiting access to my property and also have a three storey house. Very efficient and effective - happy with the service provided! Really friendly staff, I was provided with tips on maintenance and they were able to clean within a couple of days of enquiry.
