Easily the best showroom and interiors shop in West Lothian.

Shocking service is an understatement! I’v been waiting for my order since March! They delivered part of the order but haven’t fully fulfilled it. They have been using COVID as an excuse however this product is still available to purchase in their website. Now they are blaming shipping agents! I’ve been more than patient waiting all these months and now that I’ve requested a refund I’m being ignored! Sick and tired of chasing them.
Don’t purchase from them unless you want disappointment.

Avoid this ludicrous company at all costs!
Similar to other reviews, placed an order early April 21, waited 2 weeks and no sign of the delivery.
Contacted them via email only to be told the items are brought in from India / Pakistan etc. And there was a delay due to COVID and advised that I would receive my delivery in 10 to 14 days as the containers were on route.
I accepted this in good faith and still no sign of the item I ordered so I contacted them again and was told another 14 days!
Eventually, 3 months after placing my order I asked for the order to be cancelled and a refund - No response

Absolutely appalling company - placed an order on 1/4/21 for an item showing in stock - with no acknowledgement or contact at all from them I reached out 2 weeks later to ask where my order was and was told it wasn't in stock and that deliveries were delayed. I then received an email on 17/5/21 to say the containers had arrived and my item should be with me shortly - it's now 21/6/21 and I still haven't received my purchase and I also haven't received any contact to the multiple chasing emails and phone calls I've tried to have with the company.
WOULD ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY - I

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE. Ordered items showing in stock 17.3.21. Chased up for delivery date, got vague response about consolidated delivery due to Covid with no further details. Further emails no response, used their Contact Us page a few times, no response requesting cancellation of order and for refund. Opened case via PayPal with one response stating 'items had been allocated and should be with you in 7-10 days'. Messaged a few more times via PayPal asking to cancel order and refund, no response. Finally escalated case via PayPal forvtgem to deal with Harvey Bruce direct. Case

Fantastic showroom in Uphall, original furnishing pieces that are trendy and functional. If you like interiors then this place is a must.

Amazing job by the Harvey Bruce team - our lounge was transformed and the giant backlit clock is fantastic. Shutters also amazing - so glad we popped into Harvey Bruce @ Williamsons.

Nearly finished renovating a whole house and of the bathrooms, carpets, doors, tiles, floors etc etc the blinds have been the purchase I'm most pleased with (I'm pleased with them all at the moment) I very nearly went with another supplier and have since seen the quality difference and for a little bit more the quality is worth so much more. very happy,
