We are pleased with the end result and the fitters were fantastic. However, it was disappointing that despite ordering 4 months in advance, paying a hefty 50% deposit and clearly stating what we wanted on the invoice. The wrong product was ordered and nobody noticed until the day it was due to be fitted. An apology never happened, Harley's seemed incapable of saying the word "sorry". They were keen to blame the supplier. During one conversation we were told to "appreciate what we're doing for you" despite the fault being yours and not ours. I would definitely use the fitters again. Unfortunately

Looking for carpets or flooring go no further this company is the best, from the knowledgeable owner and his son to all the staff and the service was 2nd to none and the vast range to choose from both carpet flooring you name it. Personal service from professional people that know their stuff. Good advice and prices and their carpet fitter is so experienced and has done a great job for us, and my Wife is really fussy ðŸ˜

Also very helpful by storing part of our order until the room was ready for the carpet to be fitted. Everyone we have dealt with has been helpful and friendly. Cannot recommend too highly

Have used Harley Carpets for many years and it is a well run family business. The showroom has plenty of samples, choice and is very professionally run. They've just completed our bathroom floor in Amtico with curved borders around a free standing bath and it looks great. Their fitters are courteous and take care in your home and are trustworthy which is everything.

From my first visit to the store i felt a valued customer, and they was quick to visit to price up and go through everything we needed for our 2 rooms. Once delivered into store they was very good and flexible around my work schedule and needs. On fitting days the fitter was very polite, respected my house and the work was to a very high standard, and left everything clean and tidy. Perfect service. Thank you very much

I have used Harley Carpets for several years now and they have never let me down. Nothing is too much trouble and the staff are extremely friendly. Whenever I have visited the shop I have never felt rushed or pestered, but when you need advice they are always available. I have used Harley Carpets for every room in the house and am delighted with the quality.
