Really grateful to Henderson's Carpet & Flooring for fitting our floor after we were left high and dry for months by another local flooring company's fitters. Thankfully, it all worked out in our favour in the end. We are really pleased with the professional service and finish we received from Henderson's. This firm fitted my carpet on behalf of Barker and Stonehouse The fitting was ok but he didn’t return to stretch the carpet. I reported that it needed a slight stretch with a photograph, in October 2020
Obviously I had to wait until April after the shops opened to tell Barker and Stonehouse that Mr Henderson hadn’t been in touch. I was given his number and texted in April but he didn’t reply to the text. I texted again this week and when I said I thought it was unprofessional not to let the customer know what is happening I was told this was abuse.
A disappointing and unprofessional result

Can’t praise Carl and his service enough. He literally walked through a storm, laiden with carpet samples for us to look at! Was very patient whilst I spent a week mulling over the right colour and was fast and efficient when fitting a bedroom and large living room carpet. Great price and very friendly service; highly recommended.

I am reviewing the service delivered and quality of product rather than launching personal attack as that is what you are supposed to do!!!
I actually found Paul friendly and helpful and was able to deliver the goods for fitting in a short turnaround time.
The fitting was to a great finish and any snags was very quickly rectified.
I have absolutely no qualms with the company or Paul and would very highly recommend him to anyone and he also offers very competitive prices to any other company.
Try the company first before any slagging off!!!!!
