A poor experience. The company charged me £93 callout for a few minutes , the engineer just pressed the restart button, didn't even bother to put the boiler cover back on. Very overpriced.the call out is only for 30 minutes then £50 plus vat per hour. I dont intend to use their services again. Be warned.

I have used GLB Services for over 14 years and cannot fault their level of customer service. They have never let me down and have attended to my boiler/rayburn problems extremely swiftly and efficiently, even out of office hours and at bank holiday weekends. They have worked with myself to find a solution to a problem we had with the boiler intake a few years back, and it is partially because of this experience, not leaving me the customer to fend for myself and supporting me throughout the process that I can wholeheartedly and unreservedly recommend GLB!
