Thank you very much for our new perfect fit and venetian blinds from Bolton Blinds. They have completed our new kitchen and made it feel warm and cosy in readiness for Christmas. They even rang yesterday and offered to fit them 4 days earlier than planned as in store. Karl came out and did a very professional job and is very efficient and helpful. We would highly recommend as service, delivery and fitting went smoothly.

At first they ask for rough sizes and come back with a decent price 👍 but then obviously you want them to come out and measure sure but in my case they wanted £900 to come out and measure then they want the full balance before they will order your faux wood from Dubai so they'll have all the money for the job possibly months before the actual fitting. I have never heard anything so ridiculous in my life, I did not proceed any further as as far as I'm concerned you get at least 3 or 4 prices before you choose who does your job these are forcing you to pay all up front , I just lost all trust

I have used Bolton Blinds many times now, for various houses, and they have always been reliable, efficeint and with a fantastic range of styles to choose from. Their advice is also helpful and realistic - rather than focussed on maximum sales.
After care is also good. They have fixed venetians whose cords have gone astray and even shortened the width of a blind I wanted to move to a different window - that cost just £15, a lot less than a new blind.

We bought a blind for our new bathroom from these people a few months ago and came away highly satisfied customers. Actually, the whole process went very smoothly. The service in the shop on Wigan Road was friendly and efficient, and they came out to measure up when they said they would. In fact the guy who came to do the job was great, offering us some really good advice about what to go for. Once the order had been placed it was fitted with the minimum of fuss or bother. All in all, we had an excellent experience here and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone else who needed a blind
