Recently completed, this impressive contemporary family home is set in the heart of the beautiful North Cornwall town of Bude. Metters and Wellby Architects provided the full range of architectural services for this new build. Consisting of the initial concept designs, 3D renders, planning drawings, building regulation drawings plus the tender and specification documents.
Ship House is a stunning renovation project set in the idyllic North Devon coastal town of Appledore. With far reaching views of Appledore estuary, we transformed this aging mid-terrace cottage to a modern coastal home. The brief was to create a minimalist, contemporary coastal home, with open plan living and clean lines, ensuring to create a seamless connection between inside and outside.
Metters and Wellby Architects secured planning permission for this expansive agricultural barn conversion in Cornwall. We worked closely with the client, completing the full architectural design plans and layout plans, as well as all technical details and building regulation drawings. Once planning permission had been granted, our client, a contractor and self builder, managed the construction phase.
