John Kennedy Architect is an RIBA Chartered Practice based in County Antrim specializing in residential projects for clients who want to build a new individual home or modify an existing property. I work as a sole practitioner and provide a professional personal service managing each project through all stages of design, planning approval, construction information, tendering and construction.
I am dedicated to achieving the best for my clients and quickly develop a close working relationship through regular design meetings. I work to inform and guide my clients through the design and construction process helping them to make the right decisions to realise their project. The design process begins with listening to what my clients want and then developing a creative translation of their objectives, lifestyle and vision.

Services
I established John Kennedy Architect in 2004 after gaining considerable experience working for a number of reputable architectural practices in Belfast, London, Dublin, Hong Kong and Sydney. I have been a registered Architect for over 25 years and studied architecture at The Queens University of Belfast.
John took enormous care with this project from our first meeting when he really listened to our requirements, through overseeing every detail of the work, to the completion of the project. The end result was way beyond what I had anticipated at that first meeting. What impressed me most was his vision.
