The first couple of years, starting from 1975, found me running my company (which was little more than me, a desk and a phone) from home before setting up in a small office in North-West London. From the beginning I specialised in domestic decorating and only got into commercial decorating quite some time after.
With these four points kept to, the work only ever goes one way, and that's well! Turning up when we say, quietly getting on with it, covering up the floors and furniture, and producing a pleasing finish, tends to make the whole decorating experience for our customer a pleasurable experience. There is another extra step we provide that again is mostly unique amongst our fellow decorators.
When it comes to commercial painting, we are able to get the work done fast and out of hours. We know time is money for the client, so make an effort to paint around those working there. We are determined to meet the completion target set. In fact, there are a good few times when we actually finish earlier.
The external walls are more able to resist nature's bashing and the thick exterior paint often lasts a lot longer than the wood areas. In fact, they usually get dirty and grubby rather than come away. We do our best to get any outside painting or decorating job we do to last for at least three years, and in fact provide a two-year guarantee.
