Sam came to help us with our unusual heating system - a 2000 litre thermal store connected to a log burner which runs our domestic central heating. Despite it being an unfamiliar set up, Sam managed to identify the fault and fix it. Many heating engineers would have gone weak at the knees, but Same took it in his stride. I particularly valued his willingness to listen to what I had to tell him about the system and also to share his diagnostic process. His doing this meant I gained some valuable information about our system.
