Our expertise covers residential and commercial property management, including service charges; professional work including commercial rent reviews, lease renewals and lease restructuring; residential and commercial valuations and surveys including Schedules of Conditions and Dilapidations; Leasehold Enfranchisement and Extension valuations and negotiations.We also prepare lease plans for a variety of properties.

We operate a dedicated property management software package allowing us to have instant and up to date information on every property and every client. This includes a full snapshot of the financial position regarding rent received, client balances, future cashflow etc. Our portfolio of management properties principally covers the retail and office sector, although can be extended to include industrial and leisure.
We can also provide referrals to associated firms of Chartered Surveyors for acquisition surveys, including Home Buyers Surveys and Building Surveys. We have a number of residential properties under management, providing that buffer between our client landlord and the occupying tenant, dealing with all issues of rent collection, repairs, statutory compliance and re-letting when the properties become vacant.
