Limelight was founded in 2014 by Lu who has 20 years experience in property management and construction and she also has a background in Interior Design with a porfolio of Show Home and Open House styling. Limelight is no longer a sideline but a successful small business owned and managed by Lu.who personally ensures that all the works carried out have her SPARKLE trademark and personal touch before handing the property back to her clients.

We offer a range of domestic cleaning services including regular home cleaning, end of tenancy cleans, communal cleans and one off spring/deep cleans. We work with both private and corporate clients. We provide a range of professional cleaning services to commercial clients such as office cleaning, retail cleans and build cleaning.
We pride ourselves on our End of Tenancy Cleaning. We literally clean EVERYTHING. With our extensive property management experience we cover areas that other cleaners may forget or miss. We guarantee you will receive your deposit back with regards to any cleaning works carried out. Since we began in 2014 we have completed hundreds of tenancy cleans throughout Exeter and the surrounding areas.
We work alongside private clients, landlords and local authorities to provide an outstanding communal cleaning service in and around the Exeter area. With our extensive property management knowledge we also help clients with free of charge small management tasks, such as reporting any issues non-cleaning related to testing fire alarms etc whilst on site.
We offer professional build cleaning services to local building firms and private clients. Ensuring that all build dust and debris is removed and that a sparkle finish is completed after all building works have completed. We have completed several large projects including apartment complexes, extensions and large new homes.
Limelight Property Management is owned and operated by Lu, who has over 25 years experience working within the property sector in Exeter and Devon, from residential sales and lettings to commercial acquisitions for companies such JD Wetherspoon. She has also worked overseas selling holiday accommodation in Cyprus.
