I'd of given them 10 Stars if I could have. They're just what you want turning up outside your house to fit Carpets. FAST, EFFICIENT AND CLEAN. I'm a Landlord Currently Living and Working in Canada and finding good tradesman is hard. Over the years you get used to sub standard workmanship and unprofessionalism. For example I had a locksmith joke about keeping a copies of the keys to the house mostly occupied by females!!! (NO he didn't finish the job or that cup of tea, before being shown the CURB) So when Capel Carpets turned up on time as arranged and did the whole house to such a high standard

This is a quality shop and it's also the only shop I know since It is still around now, compared to other shops in St Albans that now don't excist like woolworths blockbuster videos

Estimator arrived punctually and was instrumental in recommending some small alterations to floor bars etc. Fitters Dave and Daniel were just great. Super friendly, very courteous and did a awesome job. Highly recommended!!

Think they got the cheapest rate... initially they said got a £10 delivery charge. Later said will deliver for free....delivered within 1 hour which s excellent... quality also seems good....bought mattress from there....

Fabulous customer service! They went out of their way to re-assure me and answer my numerous queries before purchase. The quality of the carpet is excellent, and the fitting was superb and hassle-free. Outstanding service at a very competitive price! Highly recommend

We had Karndean fitted last week by their fitter, Derek. He had an awkward Victorian wonky house and he did a marvellous job. He really has pride in his work, I cannot recommend Derek and Capel enough. Capel have fitted my entire house now and I will come back when required.
